We are hiring a Financial Services Administrator (Pensions Administrator) to join our operations team in Ipswich. This 6‑month FTC role offers full training, a supportive environment, and a clear path for long‑term career development in a fast‑moving industry.

You’ll support the administration of pensions, investments, and other financial products, ensuring key processes run smoothly for our clients, advisers, and investors.

• Process new applications, transfers, payments and client instructions
• Maintain accurate client records across internal systems
• Communicate with colleagues and third parties to resolve queries
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company processes
• Support ongoing reporting and audit tasks as required
• Collaborate with your team to meet agreed service levels
