Head of Commercial Finance

Head of Commercial Finance Midlands Hybrid role (typically 3 days in the office) that will require some travel. £85,000 - £95,000 plus Bonus T2M Resourcing are working on an exceptional Head of Commercial Finance opportunity to join one of the UK's market leaders to support the Managing Director and Regional Directors of a significant multi-site business with revenues of £400m.

As Head of Commercial Finance key responsibilities will include:
Influencing key stakeholders through high-quality business insights e.g. KPI performance trends that create opportunities for improvement in profitability (from cost management to pricing, resource optimisation, inventory, and competitor knowledge). To be successful as Head of Commercial Finance, you will have the following skills and experience:
We require a fully qualified accountant with demonstrable expertise in supporting (and challenging) a senior leadership team in a fast moving and competitive business. We are particularly keen to hear from commercially focused candidates that have worked within multisite operations in sectors such as Retail, FMCG, Construction. House Building, Logistics etc. This role does not have a large team reporting directly but does require a candidate with the ability to engage the support of the central finance team and analysts to deliver the required outputs.

The ability to analyse big data and identify 'what matters most' and act quickly is also a key skill requisite, as is a pragmatic and flexible approach.
