The Opportunity Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience Full-time, permanent position with hybrid working Join a progressive firm where paraplanning is recognised as a core professional function – not just a stepping stone Access structured CPD, exam support, and mentoring from senior technical professionals Your Role as a Paraplanner As a pivotal member of the advice team, you'll support Financial Advisers by crafting technically robust recommendations and ensuring every client receives a high-quality, compliant advice experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research across pensions, investments, protection, and estate/IHT planning Draft bespoke suitability reports aligned to each client’s goals and financial circumstances Analyse client portfolios and evaluate performance against risk profiles and benchmarks Contribute to the development of sophisticated strategies for HNW clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, tax legislation, and regulatory changes Mentor and provide guidance to junior paraplanners and trainees What We’re Looking For Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning Strong technical grounding in investments, pensions, tax wrappers, and holistic financial planning Exceptional report-writing, research, and analytical skills A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance A collaborative and proactive attitude, with a desire to continuously improve and grow Benefits Competitive salary up to £45,000 Hybrid working model (office & remote blend) Full support toward Chartered status or further exams Private healthcare, pension scheme, life assurance, and flexible benefits A modern, supportive working environment with strong peer networks Regular team events, technical workshops, and personal development sessions
