Sales Administrator

Ipswich | Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Vehicle Sales Administrator to support our busy sales operation across car, commercial vehicle (CV), retail and fleet departments
. This is a fantastic opportunity whether you’re an experienced administrator or looking to start your career in the motor industry —
full training will be provided

• Processing vehicle sales orders from order to delivery
• Managing customer and vehicle data across internal systems
• Liaising with manufacturers, finance companies, and internal teams
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
• Supporting a smooth and professional customer journey

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Administrative experience is helpful but not essential
