Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils in Ipswich is seeking an Income Officer to join the Tenant Service team. You will support residents with housing, welfare, and debt advice, applying relevant legislation and council policies to identify solutions and maximise income.
The role is open to full-time, part-time, and job-share applicants. A NVQ4/HNC/degree or equivalent housing experience is preferred. The team values collaboration and offers hybrid working and development opportunities.
