• Supply prescriptions, deliver a range of NHS and private services, and provide healthcare advice to customers.
• Play an active role in the community charity support program, giving advice to people in the community at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
• Lead, train, and develop colleagues.
• Use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are scheduled to meet customers’ needs at all times.

• Pharmacy Degree.
• Passion for leading and empowering a team.
• Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme – Tesco will assist with this when the role is offered.
• Completion of a DBS check (organised by Tesco) before employment.

Our Pharmacy Managers are supported by wider store teams such as security, stock replenishment, range management and administration, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for customers and patients while safeguarding safety for all.
