Forensic Custody Paramedic or Nurse - Part time

• Serve in custody suites in collaboration with the Police, delivering healthcare to detainees.
• Provide healthcare to detainees across the assigned region in the Police Custody Suites and Force area.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including day shifts (06:45 to 19:00) and night shifts (18:45 to 07:00). Part‑time shifts follow a rota of 2 days on, 8 days, 2 nights, 4 days off.
• Carry out general clinical duties within the custody suite and support the team as required.

• RN, RGN or RMN with dual registration, minimum 2 years post‑qualification (Band 5 or above).
• Paramedic with minimum 2 years post‑qualification.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK (UK citizen, British passport, ILR or equivalent). Must not have been out of the UK for more than 3 months within the last 3 years.
• All candidates will be subject to Police Vetting.

• Salary £20,500 per year.
• £500 bonus after 12 months of service.
• Average estimated overtime £3,500 per annum.
• Full NMC/HCPC registration paid.
• Part‑time shift structure with full shift coverage, including night shifts.
