Buttons Recruitment are looking for experienced Vulnerable Adults Support Workers to join our teams, who bring skill, kindness, and a proper dose of heart to the people who need it most. You Must Have- Minimum 6 months’ UK care or support work experience
- Right to Work in the UK
- An honest, open, and dependable nature
- A kind, caring, and patient approach
- A naturally cheerful, positive attitude
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Commitment to delivering dignified, person-centred, independence-focused support
- Understanding of Health & Safety and safeguarding in care / support settings
- Being a driver (many people we support live in the community)
- Experience with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or dementia
- Comfortable using electronic devices for care notes and support plans
- Enhanced Adult & Child DBS
- References and employment history checks in line with safer recruitment guidelines

What You’ll Be DoingNo two days are the same — because no two people are the same.
You’ll be supporting vulnerable adults with a range of physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs, and age-related conditions to live as independently and safely as possible — either in their own homes or supported living environments.
Your Role May Include- Supporting with personal care (where required)
- Helping with daily living tasks such as dressing, meal preparation, and household activities
- Promoting independence, choice, and confidence
- Supporting people to access the community, appointments, and social activities
- Medication prompting or support (where required)
- Providing 1 support, including dementia or mental health support
- Keeping living environments safe, clean, and comfortable
- Ensuring every person you support feels valued, respected, and hear You’re not just helping people live — you’re helping them live well, on their terms.
