Newmedica is seeking a Healthcare Administrator to join our Suffolk team. This role includes booking patients into appointments, handling calls and emails, managing post and enquiries, and supporting busy clinics on a rota basis across weekends.
You will maintain accurate patient data, liaise with GP surgeries and clinics, and ensure the electronic patient record is up-to-date while delivering a professional admin service within a supportive team.
