East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced secretary for the Spinal Surgery Department. The role requires a friendly, flexible team player with excellent communication, administrative and audio typing skills to manage queries and deadlines.
You will work with Epic EPR to monitor patient pathways, coordinate admissions for surgery, maintain waiting lists and support 18-week RTT processes, collaborating with the Operations Coordinator and validation team.
