Care Assistant
- Early Careers Apprentice Senior Carer Team Leader Future Leadership Opportunities (or other development routes available within Hallmark)
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to them.
- Providing personal care and practical support
, always protecting residents’ dignity, privacy, independence and choice. - Helping residents with everyday routines and activities while encouraging them to remain as independent as possible.
- Supporting residents to enjoy meaningful activities, hobbies and social opportunities.
- Observing residents and reporting any changes in their health or wellbeing to your line manager.
- Supporting a safe environment by raising concerns relating to health, safety, safeguarding, incidents or maintenance.
Most importantly, you’ll help create an environment where residents feel valued, heard, respected and at home
.
You don’t need experience to start your career with us. What matters most is who you are, how you treat others
. We’re looking for people who are:
- Caring Respectful Empathetic Reliable Ambitious Committed Interested in building a long-term leadership career in care.
Experience caring for a family member, friend or someone living with dementia can be helpful, but it isn’t essential
. We’re more interested in your attitude, values and potential.
You’ll also need GCSE Maths and English at Grade 5 or above
