You will be expected to support people with a variety of needs, enabling them to live the lives they want. Duties will include:

- Building great relationships with people we support and the people important to their lives
- Promoting choice and participation when supporting people with daily tasks
- Co-creating opportunities for people to try new things and offering information to support people to make their own choices
- Offering personalised support by working with people’s strengths to build their confidence and overcome obstacles with the aim of achieving their goals
