Ipswich, with placements across the surrounding area including Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Stowmarket, Framlingham, Needham Market and Kesgrave

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our agency care home team, covering placements across Ipswich and the surrounding area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents, supporting their daily needs, and supervising junior staff. This position offers an opportunity to lead with compassion and professionalism, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.

Rates of pay range from £17–£23 per hour depending on shift pattern, with enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays.

Duties include

• Delivering personalised care in line with individual care plans, ensuring residents' dignity and independence are maintained

• Supervising and supporting junior care staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation

• Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided, including updates to care plans and incident reports
