HR & Recruitment Opus People Solutions are seeking an In-house Recruiter to join our RPO team recruiting for roles within the Vertas Group!

We're looking for a driven and experienced In-house Recruiter to lead recruitment activity, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and utilise a range of recruitment tools and platforms to attract high quality talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of permanent recruitment processes and the relationship building skills needed to meet our clients' staffing requirements.

** What will your day to day look like?
** You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume, permanent blue collar roles. This includes advertising vacancies, talent pooling, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and managing offers. A key part of the role is developing proactive, trusted relationships with hiring managers understanding their needs, market trends, and geographical challenges, and ensuring we consistently secure the best talent.

** What skills do we require?
*** Proven experience in an in-house, high volume recruitment role (ideally within Facilities Management or Blue Collar)
* Strong motivation and passion for recruitment and people
* A mindset for process improvement and innovative thinking
* Ability to work independently under pressure, managing a varied workload in line with business needs
* Excellent organisational and customer service skills
* Flexibility to travel between client sites as required; a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential
