HR Coordinator: Onboarding & Recruitment

Job Search Place Limited is looking for a HR Co-ordinator based in Ipswich for a 3-month contract. The role involves comprehensive HR support, covering recruitment coordination, onboarding, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will possess CIPD Level 3 and experience in an HR Administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering sectors.

You'll manage new employee integration, provide continuous support to employees, and act as a point of contact for staff inquiries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, alongside excellent communication skills.
