Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will:

Coordinate the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored job descriptions.
Schedule and organise interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain and update recruitment records accurately and efficiently.
Provide guidance on recruitment best practices to managers and team leaders.
Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment regulations.

Profile

A successful Recruitment Coordinator should have:

Previous experience in recruitment coordination role.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail- there a big hiring targets and time pressure to achieve these, so you'll need to be someone used to juggling multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
A proactive approach to solving problems.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
