Specialist Passenger Solutions (SPS) is recruiting a People & Recruitment Manager to lead driver recruitment and build an effective ER framework for a 24/7 operation. You will lead the People Team, drive recruitment activity and manage employee relations, including investigations and absences.
In the early years you’ll embed robust ER processes while recruitment keeps pace with growth, reporting to the People Director and collaborating with Operations and Communications teams.
