The Talent World is seeking a payroll and benefits administrator to support accurate, compliant payroll and benefits across multiple countries. The role is based in Ipswich with a hybrid working setup and reports to the Head of HR Operations.
You will work with in-country providers and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and support year-end activities while administering global benefits programs and tracking costs. Strong knowledge of Workday and UK HMRC is preferred.
