Pay Range

£27,000 - £37,000 per annum + uncapped commission

We  looking for an ambitious recruiter to take over a well-established Accountancy and Finance recruitment team in Ipswich. Covering Suffolk and the surrounding area, you  recruit across accountancy roles on a temporary and contract basis.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement
• Building relationships with marketing, creative and digital hiring managers
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-calibre candidates
• Developing new business and growing existing client partnerships
• Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike

• Recruitment or sales experience
