We're expanding our Reading office and are looking for a driven, confident Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines Arranging interviews and managing placements Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
