🔍 Full-time | Permanent

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
• Lead discovery sessions and define digital product requirements.
• Champion user experience and client-centric design.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and contribute to agile ceremonies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Evaluate and improve client journeys, particularly within the client portal.
• Maintain visibility across the Product Delivery Lifecycle .

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or client-facing environment (law firm or consulting background)
• Strong understanding of automation, process reengineering , and digital transformation.
• Expertise in UML, process mapping, As-Is / To-Be analysis , and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Skilled in BA tools such as Jira, Lucidchart, BPM .
• Experience working in Agile teams .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in AI and how it can enable efficiencies through data management and process engineering.
