Financial Controls​/ITGC Transformation Lead

My client, a leading financial services company is hiring a newly created role to support a major controls improvement programme following an external review.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IT Controls / ITGC / Technology Risk experience who enjoys transformation, improving frameworks, and embedding better ways of working.

You’ll play a key part in strengthening and modernising the technology controls environment, working with stakeholders across the business to drive improvements and deliver a structured action plan.

• ✅ Enhance and improve ITGC and technology controls frameworks
• ✅ Support delivery of a remediation / improvement plan
• ✅ Improve reporting, documentation and control consistency
• ✅ Drive positive change and embed best practice
• ✅ Work closely with a small team and a broad stakeholder base

• 🔹 Strong ITGC / technology controls / technology risk background
• 🔹 Experience improving control environments and governance
• 🔹 Consulting candidates are welcome to apply
