Job DescriptionAre you passionate about technology and ready to turn that interest into a career? We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Technician who is eager to learn, enjoys solving problems, and thrives on helping others to join an award‑winning company based in Ipswich.
This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their IT journey. You don’t need extensive experience — just curiosity, enthusiasm, and the drive to grow. Full training, mentoring, and certification support will be provided to help you develop into a skilled IT professional.
You will work closely with senior technical specialists, learning best practices in troubleshooting, deployment, and customer support.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong interest in IT and technology
- Good communication and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
