This role is central to translating complex financial and operational business processes into effective IT and SAP-based solutions. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems are aligned with and enhance core business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Document current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
- Develop system blueprints outlining design and configuration
- Build and validate prototypes with stakeholders
- Manage and execute data migration from legacy systems
- Plan, execute, and oversee testing activities, including unit testing and UAT
- Coordinate and support go-live activities, providing immediate post-implementation support
- Develop and deliver end-user training programmes
- Create user manuals and system documentation
- Monitor system performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for process optimisation and enhancement
- SAP Expertise:
Strong hands‑on experience across SAP modules including FICO, MM, and SD - Business Analysis:
Proven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into IT solutions - Data Analysis:
Strong analytical, interpretation, and reporting skills - System Integration:
Experience integrating multiple business systems and applications - Cloud Technologies:
Familiarity with modern cloud-based platforms and solutions - Database Knowledge:
Working knowledge of relational database management systems - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Problem Solving:
Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities - Project Management:
Experience planning, executing, and delivering IT projects successfully - Collaboration:
