Key Responsibilities:

• Consultative Support:
  Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
• Ticket Management:
  Respond promptly and professionally to technical inquiries in line with agreed SLAs.
• Site Surveys and Design:
  Conduct wireless network design, surveying, and consultancy (requires the ability to travel to various UK-based customer sites).
• Documentation:
  Accurately document completed work for both internal records and client handovers.
