IT Systems Engineer - BAU Ops & Solution Delivery

• provide Business as Usual (BAU) support to key business applications supporting stakeholders of all levels

• progressing support calls and keeping the end user updated

• collaborating with other IT colleagues in different departments to resolve issues and find / implement solutions

• implementing new solutions guided by the Project Team

Requirements

• to be an adaptable communicator with excellent customer service skills with the ability to focus on the issue in hand while under pressure
• experience working in an operational support role with line of business systems and databases
• experience of using varying technologies or applications including the Microsoft suite
• to be both resourceful and resilient during times of fast paced change while keeping in line with established policies and processes.
• It would be desirable to have previous experience of Liquid Logic and packaging in Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), but by no means essential as training will be given.
