IT Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide Business as Usual (BAU) support to key business applications supporting stakeholders of all levels
• Progressing support calls and keeping the end user updated
• Collaborating with other IT colleagues in different departments to resolve issues and find / implement solutions
• Implementing new solutions guided by the Project Team

• Adaptable communicator with excellent customer service skills, with the ability to focus on the issue at hand while under pressure
• Experience working in an operational support role with line of business systems and databases
• Experience using varying technologies or applications including the Microsoft suite
• Resourceful and resilient during times of fast-paced change while following established policies and processes
• Previous experience of Liquid Logic and packaging in System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
