We are working with an established and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for an IT Support Technician to join its technical team in Ipswich.
The RoleYou will provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to a range of business customers, working from the office with occasional travel to customer sites across Suffolk.
About You The ideal candidate will have:- 2+ years' experience in an IT support role
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Understanding of basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous MSP experience, Microsoft certifications or an IT apprenticeship would be beneficial but are not essential.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as occasional travel to customer sites across Suffolk is required.
