We’re recruiting for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a well-established commercial insurance business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who wants stability, progression, and the chance to make a real impact.

• Deliver outstanding service to a portfolio of commercial clients, working closely with Account Executives and insurers to ensure each client receives the right cover at the right time.
• Manage commercial renewals, MTAs, and new business from start to finish.
• Negotiate terms with insurers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for your clients.
• Produce accurate documentation and maintain compliant client records.
• Support Account Executives and contribute to a high‑performing team.

• 2–3 years’ experience in commercial insurance or a similar role.
• Confident handling renewals and client queries independently.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑first mindset.
• Organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

• Cert CII (or working towards it).
• Experience with Acturis or similar systems.
