We’re on the lookout for a Residential Property Solicitor to join our friendly, down-to‑earth team in Ipswich
. This is a full‑time,
office‑based role (5 days a week) for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, working with good people, and delivering a great service without unrealistic pressures.

This is a key position within a busy department, offering the chance to make a significant impact while enjoying the support of an established Firm.

• Running your own residential conveyancing files from start to finish
• Handling freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
• Ensuring smooth transactions from instruction to post‑completion
• Working closely with colleagues and clients
• Focusing on quality work within a supportive environment

• A qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience
• Someone organised, approachable, and client‑focused
• Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients
• Happy working in the office and being part of a team
• Effective in BD/marketing and client relationship growth
