Custodian

Based in Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX
you will be working 35 hours a week 1 from 5:40am - 1:10pm and week 2 from 12:30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality cleaning services to ensure our clients environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming.

• Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Report larger maintenance issues to supervisors or contractors.
• Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, lighting) and ensure proper functioning.
• Lock and unlock buildings, rooms, and facilities as scheduled.
• Ensure entrances, exits, and emergency routes remain clear.

• DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• SIA Licnese or willing to obtain one
