Tennial Personnel are currently recruiting for a reliable and self‑motivated Cleaner to join a professional cleaning team covering sites in Stratford Saint Andrew and Kelsale.

This opportunity offers a range of available shifts across multiple sites. While applicants are not required to cover all shifts, flexibility to take on a combination of them would be advantageous and will allow you to secure additional hours.

• Carry out cleaning duties across allocated areas within each site
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Safely manage key safes, fobs and access codes where required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and on‑site staff
• Adhere to Health & Safety and safeguarding policies at all times

• Stratford Saint Andrew:
  Monday to Friday – 7am to 12pm
  Monday to Friday – 12pm to 5:30pm
• Kelsale:
  Monday to Friday – 7am to 12pm
  Monday to Friday – 12pm to 5:30pm

Please note all successful candidates will need to pass an Enhanced DBS check.

• Attention to detail – ensuring all areas are kept clean, hygienic, and hazard‑free.
• Time management – ability to complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks efficiently within part‑time hours.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules and policies – including health & safety and COSHH.
• Good communication skills – able to interact politely with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Use of cleaning equipment and materials – vacuums, mops, steam cleaners, disinfectants, etc.
• Reliability and punctuality – consistent attendance is essential in a care environment.
• Ability to work independently – carrying out cleaning tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina – capable of performing manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for periods of time.

Desirable but not essential:
Basic Health & Safety Training, COSHH Awareness Training (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).
