* About the Role:

** Based in
** Endeavour House, Ipswich, IP1 2BX

** you will be working
** 35 hours a week 1 from 5:40am - 1:10pm and week 2 from 12:30pm - 8pm Monday to Friday.
**** Your responsibilities will include:
*** Report larger maintenance issues to supervisors or contractors.
* Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, lighting) and ensure proper functioning.
* Lock and unlock buildings, rooms, and facilities as scheduled.
* Ensure entrances, exits, and emergency routes remain clear.
* Cleaning / maintaining the outside areas using machines.
* Daily tasks such as replenishing consumables eg. Tea/coffee/ paper in printers
* Weekly compliance testing (fire alarms, water flushing, lift alarms)
* ** Drivers Licence
** essential for out of hours call outs.
