Up to £46,000 base, Call-Out Overtime up to £3k KPI bonus

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a leading renewable energy company, supporting operations on a large industrial site near Needham Market.

As a Maintenance Engineer
, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation and performance of industrial plant systems.

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance as a Maintenance Engineer on industrial boiler systems
• Maintain and repair mechanical components including pumps, valves, pipework, steam and hydraulic systems
• Monitor plant performance and input operational data into control systems
• Respond to breakdowns and participate in an on-call rota
• Support fuel handling and site operations
• Ensure all maintenance, inspection and compliance records are accurately completed

• Qualified Maintenance Engineer (NVQ Level 3 / C&G / HNC or equivalent)
• Background in industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, facilities, or process plant
• Experience working on plant/site maintenance
• Willingness to work on-call as part of a rota
• Up to £46,000
• On-call allowance: £165 per week (approx. £2,800 annually)
• Overtime rates:
  • 1.5x (Saturday)
  • 2x (Sunday)
• Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out

• Week 1:
  Monday Sunday (on-call week)
• Week 3:
  Monday Friday
