Key Responsibilities- Ensure that the depot is performing against all agreed targets/budgets and manage all costs within
- To always maintain exemplary standards of operation and aesthetic appearance
- Ensuring that the depot is performing against all agreed targets/budgets and managing all costs within
- Ensuring that all aspects of work and process are carried out in-line with Health and Safety guidelines
- Ownership of stock/ itemised, non-itemised, transfers/ ARP process
- Conduct regular audit and inspections to identify issues or stock discrepancies
- Responsible for overseeing purchasing of all depot equipment, tools and general orders
- Recruitment, coaching and providing feedback to depot employees and ensuring that all training and development needs are met - conducting timely job chats, training and development records, all in accordance with the Speedy Career Journey
- Responsible for allocating and processing of assets on Hire Contracts
- People management and development skills
- Understands the importance for managing costs and expense, applying the necessary controls
- Encourages the use of digital tools wherever possible – keeping up to speed with digital skills training as new systems are released
- Able to understand the priorities, plan and organise the work and manage own time to deliver within the expected timescales
- Communicates clearly and concisely, impressing others and ensuring understanding of all relevant information in all circumstances and with all stakeholders
