Warranty Supervisor Volkswagen

A position has become available for a for a Warranty Supervisor, based at Ipswich Volkswagen. This is a key role at the heart of our aftersales operations. As Warranty Supervisor, you’ll protect revenue, drive process improvement and make a real difference to how we deliver for our customers, manufacturers and colleagues. • Ensuring accurate, compliant and timely submission of all warranty and goodwill claims.
• Monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty performance to drive efficiency and results.
• Managing accurate records of claims, credits, rejections and customer contributions.
• Reviewing warranty systems and processes to identify improvements and best practice.
• Leading regular site and claims audits, providing clear feedback and practical action plans.
• Supporting managers and teams through coaching, training and hands‑on guidance.
• Communicating recalls, process changes and warranty updates across the business.
• Working closely with manufacturers, repair partners and internal stakeholders.
• Operating within agreed KPIs to maximise claim recovery and reduce write‑offs.

• Experience in an automotive warranty role with strong knowledge of manufacturer standards.
• A sharp eye for detail and the confidence to challenge and improve processes.
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and influence others positively.
• A structured, organised approach with strong analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering financial results.
