We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty Supervisor to join a busy main dealership in the Ipswich area.

This is a key aftersales position offering real influence within the business. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in protecting revenue, improving processes, and ensuring warranty compliance across the site.

If you have strong main dealer warranty experience and enjoy driving performance and standards, this could be an excellent next step.

• Ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely submission of warranty and goodwill claims
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly warranty performance
• Managing detailed records of claims, credits, rejections, and customer contributions
• Reviewing and improving warranty systems and internal processes
• Conducting site and claim audits with clear feedback and action planning
• Supporting managers and teams through coaching and training
• Communicating recalls, warranty updates, and process changes internally
• Liaising with manufacturers, repair partners, and internal departments
• Working within agreed KPIs to maximise claim recovery and reduce write-offs

• Strong experience within a main dealer warranty role (Supervisor/Manager level preferred)
• In-depth understanding of manufacturer warranty standards and processes
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and improve standards
• Highly organised with strong analytical skills
• Commercially aware with a focus on revenue protection
