• Owning the full compliance process once a candidate accepts an offer
• Supporting a team of Consultants
• Leading, mentoring and developing a Compliance Officer
• Ensuring workers are fully qualified, referenced and DBS‑checked
• Reviewing processes and implementing improvements
• Building relationships across the whole business
