What you will do
  • Provide strong leadership and operational management of safeguarding services: ensuring safe and effective practice.
  • Oversee complex safeguarding cases: ensuring timely assessments, interventions, and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory frameworks: including the Children Act 1989/2004 and safeguarding guidance.
  • Supervise and support team members: through regular supervision, performance management, and development.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners: to improve outcomes for children and young people.
