Project Director Liverpool £130,000 - £160,000  Travel Allowance  Bonus  Pension  Holidays  Private Medical Insurance  Package  Technical Progression  Immediate Start Available This is not a role for someone looking for an easy project. This is a high-pressure, fast-track delivery environment where projects are delivered significantly faster than traditional contractors through overlapping trades, aggressive programmes, and full lifecycle control. You will take full ownership of a large-scale industrial new build project across sectors such as data centres, pharmaceuticals, and logistics, operating as the number one on site from early-stage design through to commissioning and handover.

You'll be working for a contractor known for delivering projects faster than competitors, where decisions are made quickly, expectations are high, and performance is everything. Your Role As A Project Director Will Include:
Full ownership of a high-value industrial construction project Driving an aggressive programme with overlapping civils, structure, and MEP packages Leading from the front on site not a desk-based role Managing and pushing multidisciplinary teams to hit critical milestones Making key decisions quickly to maintain programme and delivery targets Acting as the key interface between client, consultants, and delivery teams Ensuring safety, quality, and delivery are maintained under tight timelines As A Project Director

You Will Have:

Proven experience delivering large-scale projects in industrial, pharma, logistics, or mission-critical environments Experience working on fast-track or high-pressure construction programmes Strong leadership presence able to challenge, influence, and drive teams Comfortable operating in environments where expectations are high and timelines are tight Track record of delivering projects on time under pressure  & Build, Large Scale Projects, Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Oxford, Reading, Bristol
