Retail Manager

This is a Permanent, Full time vacancy that will close in 2 days at 23:59 BST.

Due to a rapid development programme, that has witnessed Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) open over 15 new concept Donation Centres over the past year, we are looking for a talented, passionate manager to run our latest Donation Centre.

Entrepreneurial by nature, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Paid colleagues will assist in delivery of this service, while you will recruit and maintain a bank of skilled and general volunteers who will collect and sort clothing, repair and up‑cycle electrical and furniture items, ensuring a high-quality service to our donors, customers and the community.

This role also includes establishing links with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps and individuals within the community to provide donations and volunteer time, offering skills and training to others.

All Shop Managers will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Check.
