Position: Registered Manager (Nursing )
Registered Manager Nursing Home

Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 including Performance Bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in your career?

Looking for a management role where people matter as much as paperwork?

Are you a seasoned Registered Manager who holds a Valid NMC registration, who knows their CQC from their KPI, or a talented Deputy Manager ready to swap the passenger seat for the driver's seat?

We're a friendly, family-orientated 25-bedded Nursing Home where kindness isn't just a value on a poster—it's how we work every day. What you'll bring:

Whether you're already registered or looking to take that next step, we'll provide support with Registered Manager registration where needed.

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with a proper one-hour lunch break!)

* One Saturday per month with time off in lieu

* Flexibility to support the service and handle the occasional unexpected challenge that comes with care home life
