Cluster General Manager - Hotels

Joseph Search is currently recruiting exclusively for our family run client who has a global presence. They have a great opportunity available for a commercially astute Cluster General Manager who is looking to start a new role within the next 4 weeks.

You will have a proven history of experience as a Dual Site General Manager, managing a mix of hotels with 50 bedrooms or more, with the ability to support the Chairman in increasing the property acquisitions, maximising revenue and occupancy and drive your General Managers.

The ideal candidate will have superb determination & pride in their work, reinforced with excellent communication, leadership and staff‑training skills.

Due to Covid-19, our client are looking to interview for this role via Skype / Zoom. Final interview will be with the Cluster GM at a later date, face to face. When meeting any of our clients, recommend always to wear facial coverings and gloves, plus use anti‑bacterial gel always.
