Ipswich Borough Council is inviting applications for a Waste and Cleansing Supervisor to manage frontline waste collection and street cleansing within Ipswich. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a team to deliver a safe, efficient service with a strong public reputation.
You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensure standards are met, and drive continuous improvement in line with HSE best practice. The role includes a five‑week shift rota, weekends and Bank Holidays.
