Tip Top Job in Woolverstone, Ipswich area, is seeking a committed Nurse Deputy Home Manager for a care home. You will deputise for the Home Manager, lead nursing and care staff, and deliver high quality clinical and pastoral care.
The role requires a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, strong CQC knowledge, and a proven leadership background. You will manage care plans, engage with residents and families, and uphold governance standards. GBP
50,000 per annum, 40 hours a week, days 9am–5pm.
