Finance Director

Your new company Our client is a successful and growing private sector organisation seeking an experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team.
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a broad commercial leadership role with responsibility for financial strategy, planning, performance and governance. The Finance Director will act as a trusted adviser to the Board, providing clear insight and constructive challenge to support informed decision-making.

This opportunity will suit a commercially focused Finance Director who can operate strategically while remaining close to the business, its people and its key performance drivers.
Your new role

• Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to support business strategy and sustainable growth.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Develop clear and timely management information to support effective commercial decision-making.
• Increase financial accountability and commercial awareness across the organisation.
• Provide financial analysis and insight to improve profitability, efficiency and business performance.
• Support investment decisions, strategic projects and significant commercial initiatives.
• Maintain robust financial controls, governance and risk management processes.
• Lead, develop and mentor the finance team.
