We're recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency in Stoke Newington, supporting the Branch Manager and helping drive the performance of a busy sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent with a proven track record of winning valuations and instructions, or an ambitious property professional ready to take the next step into management.

The Role As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will:
Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the branch Lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve individual and branch targets Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Generate new business through calls, database management, viewings and applicant follow-ups Monitor key performance indicators, including valuations booked, instructions won, viewings, offers and sales Take responsibility for the branch in the Branch Manager's absence Help drive business performance and maximise new opportunities within the local market Assistant Branch Manager Requirements Proven experience within the North London property market Strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas A proven track record of generating your own valuations and winning instructions Previous experience in residential estate agency Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Confident in motivating and supporting a sales team Target-driven, commercially minded and results-focused Ambition to progress your career within estate agency What's on Offer?
