The role will involve:
* Leading and developing a team of surveying and technical professionals
* Managing complex building projects, contracts, budgets and programmes
* Overseeing planned maintenance, repairs and capital works
* Managing contractors, procurement, quality, compliance and health & safety
* Providing technical advice to senior stakeholders
* Supporting service improvement, policy and strategy
About you…
You’ll have substantial post-qualification experience in building surveying, with proven experience of team leadership, project and contract management.
A relevant building surveying qualification is essential, along with strong knowledge of building regulations, health & safety and contract management.
Local authority, housing association or RSL experience would be advantageous.
