Site Manager

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of a manufacturing and process production site
. You'll be responsible for overseeing production, stock control, HSE, compliance, budgets, resource management, continuous improvement initiatives and team performance, whilst working closely alongside the Engineering Manager.

The business operates within a chemical manufacturing and process production environment
, supplying key sectors including food, energy and water. This is a highly regulated industrial setting where safety, quality and operational excellence are at the forefront of day-to-day operations.

• Full responsibility for site operations engineering and performance
• Leading Health, Safety, Environmental and Compliance activities
• Production planning and operational delivery
• Stock control and resource allocation
• Budget management and cost control
• Team leadership, development and performance management
• Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Working collaboratively with engineering, commercial and distribution teams
• Managing site risk, audits and business continuity plans

Candidates should ideally come from a manufacturing, industrial, process, chemical, production, shipping, or engineering environment and possess strong leadership experience. A technical qualification or engineering background would be advantageous, although the role is operationally focused.
