Your role and responsibilitiesIn this dynamic and creative role, a Project Lead - Social Media you'll be at the heart of shaping how Public Health & Communities connects with people across Suffolk. You will lead the creation of dynamic, meaningful digital content and campaigns that inspire healthier choices, strengthen community relationships, and amplify our strategic ambitions. From developing platform specific social media strategies to nurturing partnerships with local groups, you'll use creativity, insight and data to ensure our messages land with impact.
You'll champion innovation, spot emerging trends, and adapt our digital presence to meet the evolving needs of our audiences. Working collaboratively with colleagues and partners across the Suffolk system, you'll help drive engagement, promote public health priorities, and ensure our online communications truly make a difference to people's lives.

- Experience creating and delivering digital or social media content.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Confidence working with data, insights and evaluation tools.
- The ability to work collaboratively across organisations and build strong relationships.
- An innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
